24 hour cancellation is greatly appreciated or a missed appointment fee may incur.

Most stylists allow a 15 minute grace period for appointments. After 15 minutes your appointment may be

canceled and a "no show" status will appear on the client's profile. A fee may incur for the missed appointment.

Hair products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of our business, we are not responsible for children without appointments.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash-value.
