To our Dear Station X Clients,
Although there will be many changes at our salon, our commitment to the safety of our clients, staff, and community is unwavering. We closely follow the guidelines and updates set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), California State Board of Cosmetology and our state and local ordinances to ensure our new policies follow or exceed the most up to date safety protocols for our clients. As safety is always our highest priority, we will continually review and update our policies as we navigate through this situation.
New Post-COVID Safety Precautions
All stations will be at least 6 feet apart or separated by partitions.
Expanded Sanitizing and Cleaning Protocols
While we have always cleaned service areas and contact surfaces between client encounters, we have instituted enhanced cleaning protocols of the salon to include thorough cleansing and disinfection between clients and at the end of the day.
Employee Health and Safety
All staff will be wearing masks and protective personal equipment at all times. Staff will receive daily temperature screenings and health screenings when they arrive at the salon. Anyone failing the temperature or health screening will be sent home and asked to seek medical care until resolution.
Guidelines to follow for your next appointment:
✔ Everyone will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of their appointment.
✔ If you have a fever over 100.5 degrees Fahrenheit or any symptoms of illness listed by the CDC, you'll be asked to reschedule your appointment. You can review those symptoms HERE.
